Lo único que podríamos excluir de las dietas son las frituras porque no solamente debemos hacer hincapié en los alimentos sino también en su cocción, porque podemos ingerir alimentos muy saludables pero pierden su eficacia si no sabemos como cocinarlos de forma tal que no dañe nuestro organismo y que tampoco nos haga subir de peso.

Una dieta equilibrada como se dijo anteriormente incluye todos los nutrientes y todos los colores de las vitaminas. Este es un detalle para tener en cuenta. Cualquier dieta aunque ésta no sea para adelgazar debe ser acompañada por suficiente agua para evitar la constipación, porque aunque esta dieta contenga una buena cantidad de fibras, no actuarán como tales por la falta de agua. Además otro punto a favor en cuanto a la importancia del agua en la dieta es que satisface el apetito y por ende la sensación de hambre será menor.
